Shun TDM0723: Premier 6-inch Chef's Knife

This is a Shun TDM0723: Premier Chef's knife with a blade length of 6 inches. The Chef's knife is the one you can not be without. It features VG-Max Super Steel for a harder, sharper, and lighter blade. The handle is made from Walnut colored Pakkawood and designed to be held with either the left or the right hand. The Shun line features the tradition Japanese blade angle of 16 degrees.
