It’s so sharp, or my other knives are so dull, I cut myself the first time I used it. It literally brushed by my finger and I cut it. I need to be more careful, but when you’ve only had very dull knives, you need to be more careful. I love the knife. I want to buy some for my two adult sons who are cooks and will appreciate and love these knives as much as I do.

I was so excited to receive my knife. I love the 10 inch serrated scissors that I had bought a few years ago. It felt so good to cut my tomatoes and other vegetables with the knife so sharp and cut the way I wanted to instead of putting lot of pressure on the food to cut and worried I may cut myself with a dull knife. I am in love with my knife and I hope that it will last for years and years. I reach for my knife every time I need to cut something. It is wonderful!!!!!
