The Kai Seki Shoso, 5.5-inch Santoku Knife is a similiar knife to the typical chef's knife. Well rounded and able to handle most needs. Its slightly shorter blade makes it an agile blade that many chef's have added to their collection.

The 5.5-inch blade is made of a high-carbon, stainless steel, which allows the blade to take and hold a sharper edge, for longer. Additionally, the handle is seamless making for a stronger and more hygienic knife.

    I have a set of expensive knives that do not hold a candle to this one. It cuts averything from tomatoes to raw chicken with ease. Just be careful, you can cut yourself easily...just sayin’
