The Kai Seki Magoroku 8 inch Santoku knife is created in the image of the legendary sword makers, Seki Magoroku, and carries the name for good reason. The Santoku style of knife is referred to as the Japanese chef knife. 

"5000CL" series has achieved high hardness strength and corrosion resistance. The special three-layer stainless steel knife gives the blade strength.

The blade's sharpness maintains even after being used for a long time. Due to its integrated design, moisture does not penetrate the knife and prevents rusting. It is easy to wash and resistant to cracking and chipping.
