This is a set of 3 Kai serrated scissors in the most popular sizes.
This set includes the following:
1 pair of N3160- 6" Serrated Patchwork:
Serrated blades help grip the fabric on satin, silky, slippery fabrics. Excellent on cotton for cutting multiple layers of patchwork piecing. Also great for cutting out applique. Wool applique is also an ideal fabric for these scissors. Having the serrated teeth gives you more control, especially when turning and cutting simultaneously. This 6-inch serrated scissor gives your the best of both worlds, detail cutting control and ability to cut longer runs (as opposed to the 4-inch version).
1 pair of N3210- 8" Serrated Patchwork
: Serrated blades help grip the fabric on satin, silky, slippery fabrics. Excellent on cotton for cutting multiple layers of patchwork piecing. The eight inch 3210 is ideal for longer cuts and would be considerd a standard length. The serrated teeth are considered a micro serration, not to be confused with a pinking blade.
1 pair of N3120- 4 1/2" Serrated Patchwork:
Serrated blades help grip the fabric on satin, silky, slippery fabrics. Excellent on cotton for cutting multiple layers of patchwork piecing. Also great for cutting out applique. This 4-inch version is ideal for finer, detailed cutting. Small appliques can be easily cut, even when working on slippery satins and silks. Wool appliques are easily cut, especially turning and cutting.
***This is a wonderful gift set for any person who likes to have extreme control over their cuts. Whether it's for a friend, family member, or even yourself, this is the premier gift set for those seeking out serrated scissors. A blade cover for each scissor is also included in every gift set.***

Very impressive. I cut Kevlar fabric that I sold on eBay. I don't know of a tougher job to cut.

Bought a set for myself. Loved it so much, bought another set for my daughter! I make hot pads - 5 layers of fabric/batting, etc. Largest scissors are so sharp I can "shave" off fabric when I need to in order to get the binding on correctly. YES! "shave" is the correct word! You know, when your stitching could be better?

No misses of lines, the serrated edges TRULY cut where you want them to cut. Sharp details are not lost by slippages or just wedging fabric between edges. They are easy and light on the hands... LOVE THEM!

This set of serrated scissors meets all of your applique needs, they are very comfortable in your hands, cut more smoothly and evenly than some other recommended brands and have all the sizes you need for even the most intricate shapes. They also work well with both cotton and wool, and serrated edges help to hold even the most slippery fabrics.

The serrated scissors were a wonderful surprise. I loved how they grip the fabric when cutting especially around a circle.
