This is the knife we all want to use.

I have used Kai products for five years: scissors, knives, and rotary cutters. The knife blades stay much sharper than any other brand I have purchased. This knife is the perfect size for dicing, peeling, and cutting small food items. It's the one all my kitchen helpers want to use. Probably should buy one or two more!
