I have used Kai products for five years: scissors, knives, and rotary cutters. The knife blades stay much sharper than any other brand I have purchased. I have two other shears, but reach for this one first. I will only use the others if this one is in the dishwasher.

This is the lightest, sharpest, finger handle friendly shears for the kitchen I've ever used. Have shown it to every one of my kids and recommended it. Thinking on ordering them each one for Christmas. Amazing kitchen shears everyone should own at least one pair.
