Product Description

This is the Kai Seki Magoroku 8.5 inch gyuto knife. For most users a gyuto is practically the only knife needed in the kitchen. While specialized knives may be easier to use in some applications, there are few chores that a gyuto cannot do in a pinch. Gyutos are the most diverse type of knives.

"5000CL" series has achieved high hardness strength and corrosion resistance. The special three-layer stainless steel knife gives the blade strength.

The blade's sharpness maintains even after being used for a long time. Due to its integrated design, moisture does not penetrate the knife and prevents rusting. It is easy to wash and resistant to cracking and chipping.
