   They grip the fabric and cut through 4 layers of upholstery weight fabric like butter.

   Bought these for my wife since she wouldn't spend the money on herself. She has other Kai scissors but loves these the most. Says the serrated edge "holds" the fabric while she cuts and she can tell the difference between them and shears. I'm glad she likes them and is happy!

   On the recommendation of a favorite sewing teacher, I bought the Professional 7250-SE Serrated 10" Shears and I'm so glad I did! These are the only thing I now use to cut baby interfacing and cloud cover for embroidery appliques. It cuts through these interfacings like butter, without tearing or shredding the fabric. My now go-to shears for all my big cutting jobs for any fabric!

   I’ve been sewing for years & have gone thru a lot of scissors. Once I tried a pair of Kai scissors, I’ve replaced all scissors & rotary blades with Kai & use nothing else. Their scissors are THE best, hands down. Blades remain sharp, & they fit my hand well. Service is exceptional. I can’t say enough good about Kai.

   As all the Kai products I have, these shears are well balanced, a good weight and cut smoothly. I am using them especially for my knit and light weight fabrics. I don't know how I got along without them!
