The KAI 9" Pinking Shears are strong and light for even the toughest of projects. The comfortable and lightweight handle, as well as the stainless steel blades, make this a necessary addition to your collection.
Cloth edges that are unfinished will easily fray, the weave becoming undone and threads pulling out easily. The saw-tooth pattern does not prevent the fraying but limits the length of the frayed thread and thus minimizes damage.
Please Note: KAI does not made a left handed Pinking Shear at this time.

My old pinkers have always been so stiff I could barely manage them and no oil, etc helped. The Kai pinkers are the polar opposite: smooth operating, sharp-edged, comfortable grip - so appreciate the quality of these scissors!

I love my knew pinking shears. I use them in the bag making process!

These are the best pinking sheers I have ever used. They are light weight, easy to open and close, and sharp. The cut is accurate every time. With so many fabrics that fray easily, these pinking sheers are a necessary. I am thankful for a well made tool.

These are the first pinking shears I’ve ever had that works on all kinds of fabric and they are comfortable. When I was sewing doll clothes I was impressed with how easily I could trim the seams accurately.

I LOVE these pinkers! They're smooth cutting and easier on my hands. I had been using an older pair of Fiskar's pinkers, and these are so much easier to use!

I’m very pleased with my purchase. The pinking shears are easy to use, not stiff. The cut is clean, even on heavier fabrics. Light weight enough to be comfortable, heavy enough to do the job well.

The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because I have very small hands and I can hardly open the shears to cut with them. I own a pair of the small serrated and ABSOUTLY LOVE them.

I’ve had a pair of Fiscars for quite awhile and they were very hard to use....wouldn’t open easily enough. My new Kai’s are absolutely perfect! They’re sharp, easy to grip, and cut beautifully.

I have used them very little but they pink 2 layers of thick wool and very fine chiffon equally well. No chewing. No loss of cutting at the end of blade. Easy on old hands.
