    I have also the 5230 and they are still very sharp. They cut so easily. I would tell everyone not to waste money on any other brands. I have Ginghers and Mundials and they are heavy and do not cut as sharp and precise as Kais.

    Excellent price for these high quality sheers, shipping was prompt no issues. I did find the bigger handle took a bit of getting use to, I kept placing my little finger outside of the loop. Cut like a warm knife through butter. I do wish they came with a plastic guard. Not for protection but to remind my kids these are not for their use.
