Purchased these scissors on a whim to use for trimming machine embroidery applique. Boy, do they work great! Very sharp and easy to maneuver into small spaces. Will be looking to KAI when I need more scissors in the future!

Buttonholes, baby!

These scissors are perfect for cutting buttonholes! Super sharp, they pierce the fabric easily and cut through the layers with ease. Plus, they are small enough I don't have to worry about cutting through the stop ends by accident. I used to use a seam ripper for opening up buttonholes, but not since I got these Kai scissors!

I am using these for cutting away fabric on machine applique. They're fantastic - fit in small spaces and are good and sharp. I just ordered more in case one gets "misplaced" (which never happens :) Well worth the $$. I love them!

Love the bent scissor, it is really easy to cut pieces apart behind the needle while chain piecing. Love them.

I use them with my 10 needle embroidery machine to trim the occasional thread tail. They fit over the hoop with no problem!

I have made 93 felt and sequin stockings that I can recall over the past 40 years. I got a pair of these 5 years ago and no other scissor compares for ease of cutting, precise patterns and use. I have bought more as gifts for other stitchers. Thanks for a terrific product.
