The Kai 3120: 4-inch Serrated scissor features serrated blades that help to grip fabrics such as satins, silks, wool, and other 'slippery' fabrics. It is also excellent on cotton for cutting multiple layers of patchwork piecing, and for cutting out applique.
This 4-inch version is ideal for finer, more detailed cutting. Small appliques can be easily cut, even when working on slippery satins and silks. Wool appliques are easily cut as well, especially when turning and cutting.
Free shipping for orders in the USA. Additional shipping fee for international orders.
What is serration and what does it do? DIY designer Jane Monzures runs through those questions and some others you might not have thought to ask yet.

I really like the large finger holes- good for grabbing quickly. Do wish the points were a little more pointy for the hard-to-get-to-tiny-machine-embroidery designs.

These scissors cut so well even on slippery fabrics. These scissors and all the scissors and rotary cutters I have bought from Kai are the best quality I have found anywhere.
