The Kai 7205 is the 8-inch professional scissor that is ideal for thicker, more difficult fabrics. The 7000 series scissors, including the 7205, are made of a high carbon, hardened stainless steel.
The addition of carbon allows for a steeper cutting angle, giving the scissor a sharper, finer edge. The carbon allows the finer edge to last longer. This gives the 7000 series a better ability to cut thicker fabrics and allow for easier use.
Free shipping for orders in the USA. Additional shipping fee for international orders.

am very please with these scissors, cuts very precisely an smoothly with very little effort on even the thickest material or fur. Am very please with these and may buy another pair for left hand in the next sale. Would recommend these to anyone who needs great scissors for cutting. Just be careful not to knick you fingers as they are exceptionally sharp

My daughter and I work from home sewing vinyl covers for patient recliners for a company. We trim and clip with our scissors all day. We call them our "butter" scissors because they are so sharp and stay that way for a good while. We would be lost without our Kai 7205 8-inch professional sheers. Thanks for making this wonderful product.

Perfect for older, arthritic hands.

Super sharp, effortless cutting. Better than Fiskars, Gingher, etc. Worth the investment for the excellent service provided by the good folks at KaiScissors.com.
Some may need an insert for smaller hands, I would like to find such an insert.

These are the best scissors I have ever used. When I take them to a class the sewing teacher always remarks about how good they are and all the other students want to try them.

I have been sewing for 50+ years. In that time I have used ever pair of sissors ever made. By far, these are the very BEST. I just ordered a 2nd pair! Treat yourself to a great pair of sissors, absolutely a joy to use.

I really like these scissors. I have developed mild arthritis in my hands, so cutting fabric is often a chore. These scissors cut thru 2 to 4 layers of fabric with no problem at all.
